At Wallpaper Empire Trading as Zed Decor LTD, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for orders placed using Klarna.
Eligibility

This policy applies only to orders placed using Klarna at checkout.

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on custom-cut, made-to-order, or clearance items unless they are faulty or damaged.
How to Return

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at zeddecorltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Package the item(s) securely and return them using a tracked delivery service.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds via Klarna

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify Klarna to adjust your payment plan or issue a refund.

If you haven’t paid yet, Klarna will pause or cancel your invoice.

If you’ve already paid, Klarna will refund the amount directly to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away with supporting photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
